We keep our prices low by purchasing in bulk; thus, all prices on this site, regardless of order size, are considered WHOLESALE.
Please send a follow-up email or text to 1-901-870-2608 immediately upon placing your order to request a substitute bead color in any Bead Style Option.
The standard domestic shipping option states 3 - 7 days, depending on order size and custom specifications and most orders are now shipped USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Larger orders may take longer to prep and are usually shipped UPS Ground.
The Minimum Shipping and Handling Charge is $12. During checkout, you'll see a $12 Handling Charge and then the PayPal system will add additional charges required to ship your order.
Most RAW MATERIAL and PREPPED SUPPLY orders are usually shipped within 1 business day as they are prepackaged. Preassembled Bracelets, Gift Bags, and Craft Kits up to 500 quantities can usually be prepared within 24 hours. If you have an URGENT NEED such as needing your order within a week, please call Jay at 1-901-870-2608 before placing your order to ensure that we can get your order to you by your required date. Although we are busy with a fulltime Food Donation Ministry, we will adjust our schedule to meet your needs if possible. If we say we can get a rush order out by a certain date, we will get it shipped out to you on schedule.
Overnight delivery service charges are usually considered unreasonable. And we have recently discovered that USPS Priority Mail often takes longer than 3 days. We recommend URGENT ORDERS be shipped by USPS 1 to 2-Day Priority Express Mail if the order will fit into the USPS provided Flat Rate Package. The cost is an extra $24 . . . billed online after your order is submitted and the additional payment is required prior to shipment. Please call 1-901-870-2608 for URGENT DELIVERY SERVICE.
We email a receipt when we ship providing carrier information and a tracking number. We encourage you to sign up for text or email update notifications with the carrier to ensure that your package is not mis-delivered. As soon as you are made aware of a delivery problem, you should contact your local post office immediately.
CURRENT EXCEPTIONS: We'll be away on a Sabbatical December 5th - January 3rd, 2025. Orders received after Wednesday, December 4th will be processed as they are received, but will not be shipped until after we return on Friday, January 3rd. You should receive an email with tracking information as your order is shipped.
RETURNS and REFUNDS: Please contact us by email or call or text us at 1-901-870-2608 regarding RETURNS. Preassembled Salvation Bracelets, Key Rings, Gift Bags, and Craft Kits are custom-made per order and are non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding. We will gladly refund or exchange supplies and non-custom orders, less shipping and handling charges and credit card payment processing fees. PayPal does not always credit processing fees when REFUNDS are issued.
