IF you've received an emailed Receipt from PayPal, we've also received your correct email address.
If you've not received an email Receipt (check your Spam folder), you will probably receive no emails regarding the updates and tracking of your order. You should contact us immediately to have us verify / correct your email address and to obtain a copy of your submitted order to review before we process it.
2) PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR CORRECT / CURRENT SHIPPING ADDRESS WAS SUBMITTED TO US ACCORDING TO THE PAYPAL EMAIL RECEIPT YOU RECEIVED.
PayPal may have submitted an old / alternate address from a previous order to us and we wouldn't want to ship your package where you're not intending it to be shipped to.

Once we've shipped the order, we cannot intercept or change the shipping address. You will need to contact the post office where the package is being shipped to and see if they can assist in having the package rerouted.
Most orders are usually shipped within 2 business days depending on order size and custom specifications. IF your need is URGENT, and you've not specified so already, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY so that we can make the necessary arrangements for you to receive the product when you need it.
Finally, if you've submitted your correct email address, you will receive another email from Shine in the Dark with a Receipt attached and the Carrier's Tracking Number as your order is shipped.
